How it works
- Direct ATS access. We query Ashby, Greenhouse, and Lever boards directly so you see roles before aggregators like LinkedIn or Indeed do.
- Tight filtering. Entry/mid-level only, full-time (plus internships if you opt in), USA locations, last 48 hours, no defense or clearance required, no staffing agencies.
- High-priority highlights. Roles with few applicants or posted very recently are surfaced at the top of your email.
- H1-B detection. Sponsor status is inferred from job descriptions and tagged with [H1-B] where confirmed.
- Per-subscriber profiles. Your keyword filter and seen-jobs history are fully isolated so you only ever see roles you haven't been alerted to before.
- Resume matching. Paste your resume and we'll work out which roles fit you and rank your matches by fit. It's never shared.
- Interview prep and referrals. Each email includes interview tips, recent Reddit threads about each company, LinkedIn searches for people and alumni there, and a message you can send to ask for a referral. We never scrape LinkedIn or Blind.
